Building Habits - Easy to do, easy not to do…

This blog post is based two ideas for building habits to help you Conquer Performance.

"Easy to do, easy not to do"

Jim Rohn was a highly successful entrepreneur, author and motivational speaker. One of his core philosophies for long term success was making small improvements every day. “What’s simple to do is also simple not to do.” The magic is not in the complexity of the task; the magic is in the doing of simple things repeatedly and long enough to ignite the miracle of the Compound Effect.”

"Being in it to win it…"

You can’t improve health or performance by doing nothing. Start small – if you have a performance goal but haven’t managed to do much training lately, then doing 10 squats are better than procrastinating and berating yourself for not doing anything. If you have some existing exercise and performance routines you want to improve, try do one more rep, add one kg or one more session this week. Try this yourself and take a step to Conquer Performance.
